MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you guide and deliver Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for clients, leading a Deloitte delivery team and collaborating with cross-functional experts. You translate business needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose ERP designs and oversee the full project lifecycle. You work with client executives to drive finance and operations transformations and contribute to pre-sales and ongoing client support. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and design D365 F&O solutions for clients with a cross-functional team * Collaborate with clients and consultants to capture requirements and translate them into technical designs * Provide leadership across the delivery lifecycle from Analysis to Support * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore Deloitte delivery centers * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain expertise on Dynamics 365 features and updates * Lead workshops with stakeholders and manage client communications * Contribute to client development and sales activities (RFPs/SOWs) and maintain delivery quality Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle F&O implementations * Experience in business requirement and design documentation * Proven ability to lead workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% * legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
