MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations delivery for client engagements, guiding a team to design usable, scalable D365 solutions. You bridge business requirements with functional and technical teams, lead project delivery, and contribute to pre-sales activities. You stay current on D365 features and coordinate across nearshore and offshore delivery centers. This role offers opportunities to shape large-scale finance and supply-chain transformations within a global professional services network. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement D365 F&O solutions for clients * Translate client business requirements into functional and technical designs with cross-functional consultants * Provide leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) * Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver integrated solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities (RFPs, SOWs, client discussions) * Maintain current expertise on all features of the Dynamics 365 platform * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements documentation and design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
