MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this Manager role, you will lead and shape Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations for clients, translating business needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions. You’ll guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with client leadership to deliver value across the project lifecycle. You’ll stay at the forefront of D365 capabilities and coordinate nearshore and offshore delivery. This position offers impact across industries within Deloitte’s ERP Solutions practice and opportunities to grow through leadership and client engagement. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement D365-based solutions * Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical designs * Provide delivery leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle * Coordinate with internal and external experts and delivery centers * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 features * Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and manage client interactions * Contribute to RFPs and SOWs, and support client presentations Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements and design documentation * Experience in workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
