Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you guide client delivery across the full project lifecycle to design scalable, fit-for-purpose D365 F&O solutions. You lead and mentor a delivery team, collaborate with functional and technical experts, and drive client workshops and pre-sales activities. You stay current on D365 capabilities and coordinate with nearshore and offshore centers to ensure successful implementations. This role offers meaningful impact by transforming finance and supply-chain processes for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for clients * Understand client business requirements and translate them into design with functional/technical consultants * Provide leadership to the delivery team through implementation phases * Collaborate with Deloitte experts and external partners * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain deep expertise in Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Coordinate work with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements documentation & design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
