Experteer Overview In this role you lead the D365 F&O offering to design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet client needs. You will guide a delivery team and collaborate with functional and technical consultants to ensure successful implementations. You’ll engage with clients and stakeholders, drive pre-sales activities, and stay current with Dynamics 365 capabilities. This position offers opportunities to shape large ERP projects across industries within Deloitte’s transformation practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 F&O implementations for clients * Capture and translate business requirements into design across functional and technical teams * Provide project leadership and mentorship to delivery teams * Collaborate with internal and external experts to optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain deep expertise on Dynamics 365 platform features * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full lifecycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
