Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud lead, you will drive functional support and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud apps within Deloitte AMS engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to stabilize operations, optimize processes, and deliver value through transformation initiatives. The role blends ongoing support with selective implementations, offering remote or onsite delivery under a flexible Project Talent Model. You’ll work with MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner modules to impact retail operations at scale. This is a people-filled, impact-driven opportunity in a collaborative, performance-oriented culture. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Drive business process optimization and requirements analysis * Deliver functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and related integrations * Partner with business and technology teams to enable automation, performance improvements, and long-term transformation * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads, possibly prioritizing them over ongoing support * Communicate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, escalating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagements Key requirements * remote or onsite client service delivery * discretionary annual incentive program * opportunity for career growth and leadership * supportive, collaborative culture * reasonable accommodations when needed * competitive compensation range ($115k-$150k)
