Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview Senior Oracle Retail Cloud lead within Deloitte’s AMS offering, driving ongoing support, enhancements, and transformation for Retail Cloud modules. You will work with cross-functional teams to stabilize operations, optimize processes, and guide both support and implementation efforts. The role blends functional leadership with hands-on delivery in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Lead business process optimization, requirements analysis, and functional design * Coordinate testing, stakeholder engagement, and smooth integrations (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) * Partner with business and technology teams to drive automation, performance improvements and long-term transformation * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in deployments and may prioritize on projects over ongoing support * Communicate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, escalatING when needed * Build and sustain professional relationships and lead projects or workstreams * Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and provide clear guidance to others Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail/RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel approximately 10% depending on client engagement Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities
