MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES discussions with clients, translate needs into scalable designs, and shape architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You’ll guide multi-stage delivery from requirements to go-live, advise leadership on transformation opportunities, and contribute to practice development. The position sits within the US Supply Chain & Network Operations offering, focused on delivering digital, analytics-driven manufacturing improvements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive value across the supply chain and manufacturing operations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead conversations with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva (configuration, integration, deployment, upgrades) * Steer project delivery activities from requirements to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities in manufacturing * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specifications, system configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
