MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte as a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager within the Supply Chain & Network Operations team. You will shape MES architectures on Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva to enable scalable, value-driven manufacturing transformations. You’ll lead multi-discipline delivery from requirements to post-go-live support while advising senior leaders on transformation opportunities. This role blends architectural leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced consulting context, contributing to Deloitte’s practice development and client impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration and integrations * Head project delivery activities from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing and innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience with 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, and related activities * Experience using analytics to measure manufacturing performance and identify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
