MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES-enabled transformations for manufacturing clients, shaping scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva to deliver value. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable designs and lead delivery from requirements through post-go-live support. You’ll advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities, and contribute to practice development. This is a chance to influence large-scale manufacturing programs within a dynamic, client-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES business needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Steer project delivery activities from requirements gathering to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development by sharing knowledge and solving complex client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, specification development, configuration, testing, deployment, and onsite/offshore delivery * Experience using analytics and metrics to quantify manufacturing improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
