MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES-enabled transformations for client supply chains. You design scalable MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, lead multi-disciplinary delivery, and advise leadership on transformation opportunities. You will work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions and contribute to Deloitte’s practice through knowledge sharing and innovation. This position involves guiding projects from discovery through go-live and post-support, delivering measurable manufacturing improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional/technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva including config, integration, deployment, upgrades * Lead project delivery across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities in manufacturing operations * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and solving complex client challenges Tasks * 7+ years MES experience with 5+ years implementing Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specs development, deployment, and onsite/offshore delivery * Experience using analytics/metrics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
