MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES strategy and implementation for manufacturing clients within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You’ll translate senior stakeholder needs into scalable MES solutions and lead complex, multi-team projects. You’ll shape architecture, deliverables, and best practices while promoting knowledge sharing across the team. This role offers the chance to influence client value through digital, analytics-driven MES capabilities and cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with senior leaders to discuss MES solutions and opportunities * Lead requirements gathering and translate into MES functionality with technical architects * Perform functional and technical architecture analysis, design, and research for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, spec development, system config, integration testing, UAT, solution delivery, and onsite/offshore delivery models * Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
