Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Solution Architect Manager, you drive transformational MES initiatives within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You’ll engage with senior leaders to shape MES solutions and lead end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, guiding architecture and delivering complex projects that improve manufacturing performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence client outcomes through digital technologies and industry-specific solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with senior leaders on MES strategies and capabilities * Capture requirements, translate them into MES functionality, and collaborate with architects on scalable solutions * Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, and design for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a dynamic team setting * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES offerings across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years MES experience; 5+ years AVEVA MES implementation (design, install, configure, integrate, upgrade) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, specification development, and delivery (onsite/offshore) * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; lead 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50%; willingness for client-facing work; limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
