Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you guide Workday functional implementations within the HR Strategy & Technology team, shaping requirements into practical designs and configurations. You’ll lead client-focused projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive testing, deployment, and stabilization to deliver value. This position sits at the intersection of HR strategy and technology, enabling organizations to transform their workforce experience. You will work with clients to navigate complex HR transformations and deliver measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather business requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams as part of Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., configuration, compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent) * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel 50% on average Key requirements * broad range of benefits
