Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Student Financials

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Workday Student solutions for higher education clients, translating requirements into configurations and ensuring successful delivery. You collaborate with university leadership, IT and Workday teams to design future-state processes and deploy optimized Workday Student solutions. You operate within Deloitte’s GPS practice and the Center model to deliver impact across client engagements. You’ll help reimagine HR tech and workforce processes while maintaining high quality and timely delivery. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends functional expertise with program leadership. Compensation / Benefits * Support the Workday Student Financials functional area lead through design, configuration, testing, and deployment for higher education clients * Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes leveraging deep Workday Student knowledge * Analyze current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure Workday solutions to meet institutional needs * Act as liaison among university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure delivery alignment Tasks * 5+ years of experience with Workday Student * 3+ years of experience configuring one or more higher education Workday modules (Financials, Financial Aid, and/or Records) * Active Workday Student Financial Aid certification * Bachelor’s degree * Hybrid work model eligibility and travel/relocation flexibility as described Key requirements *
