Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Student Financials

Experteer Overview In this role you help higher education clients transform their HR and student workflows using Workday Student. You will design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Student solutions, translating university requirements into system configurations. You’ll collaborate with university leadership, IT, and Workday consultants to ensure aligned, successful delivery. This position sits within Deloitte’s GPS and Center model, focusing on impactful, scalable HR technology programs that shape campus operations and student services. You’ll work in a hybrid, client-facing environment with opportunities to mentor teammates and drive value for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Support Workday Student Financials functional area lead through design, configuration, testing, and deployment for higher education client projects * Translate business requirements into Workday Student configurations and process changes * Analyze current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure solutions to meet institutional needs * Serve as liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment and delivery Tasks * 5+ years of experience with Workday Student * 3+ years of experience with configuration in Financials, Financial Aid, and/or Records modules * Active Workday Student Financial Aid certification * Bachelor’s degree * Hybrid work model and travel/relocation requirements as stated * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits
