Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML/AI solutions for client use cases within Deloitte’s AI & Data portfolio. You’ll drive AI engineering workstreams, build scalable data pipelines, and oversee production-grade components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions and mentor junior practitioners. The opportunity sits within Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice, helping clients mature their AI and data capabilities at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, test, and deploy ML/AI solutions for client use cases * Manage AI engineering workstreams, assign work, review deliverables, ensure quality and deadlines * Develop data pipelines, model training workflows, and production-grade components * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements * Coach and mentor junior practitioners and monitor model/application performance Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field * 7+ years of professional experience * 5+ years designing, developing, or deploying ML/AI/advanced analytics solutions * 3+ years programming in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, and TensorFlow * 2+ years of technology consulting in the Federal Health space * 2+ years deploying ML models into production * 2+ years leading technical teams or workstreams in AI/ML delivery * 1+ years working with AI technologies such as Gemini, Anthropic, and OpenAI * Active certification in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, and TensorFlow * Willingness to travel ~20% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
