Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and support Oracle Retail Cloud applications within Deloitte’s AMS framework. You will partner with business and tech teams to ensure stable operations, drive automation, and deliver continuous improvement across MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related modules. You’ll manage incidents, changes, and releases while aligning with client priorities and transformation initiatives. You work closely with cross-functional teams on both support and implementation efforts, shaping value-driven outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support and enhancement delivery for Oracle Retail Cloud within AMS * Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes and coordinate testing * Drive business process optimization, requirements analysis, and functional design * Coordinate testing and stakeholder engagement; escalate when needed * Support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and related integrations * Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve stability, automation, performance, and long-term transformation * Assist during Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project * Communicate with Engagement Managers and project teams to align on priorities and actions Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagements * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and in teams * Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams * Proficient in stakeholder management and meeting deadlines Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
