Tax - Manager, Legal Business Services - Technology

Experteer Overview In this Manager role within Deloitte’s Legal Business Services, you help accelerate legal transformation through technology, data, and automation. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize tax and legal processes, aligning software with client goals and delivering scalable solutions. You enable efficient, compliant operations by leveraging a mix of CLM, data management, and analytics. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive revenue growth and deliver measurable value. Compensation / Benefits * Maintain day-to-day client interactions with project teams and Deloitte leadership * Lead delivery to optimize tax and legal processes using technology aligned to client requirements * Develop and implement automation and innovative solutions for tax and legal departments * Provide training and software support for processes and technologies * Assist with project management tasks: workplans, budget tracking, status reports, status calls * Engage in cross-functional teaming to understand Deloitte’s practice and client needs * Contribute to the development of team members * Support business development through participation in pursuit teams Tasks * 5+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, legal or related field * Experience with one or more CLM systems (e.g., Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis) * Experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx), and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Active professional accreditations such as CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS Data Scientist, or paralegal certification * Ability to travel up to 50% * Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in office * Preference for advanced degree in related fields * Familiarity with template rationalization and contracting process design (preferred) Key requirements *
