Tax - Manager, Legal Business Services - Technology

Experteer Overview In this role, you guide technology-enabled transformations of legal and tax functions, helping clients streamline processes and boost efficiency. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to design, implement, and support automation and data solutions that elevate legal services. The position blends project leadership with hands-on delivery across CLM, data wrangling, and analytics in a hybrid work model. This is an opportunity to shape how tax and legal work is performed using modern tech at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Manage client interactions with project teams and Deloitte leadership * Deliver solutions to optimize tax and legal processes using technology aligned with client goals * Develop and apply automation and innovative solutions to improve department efficiency * Provide training and software support for processes and technologies * Support project management tasks including workplans, time tracking, status reports, and status calls * Engage in cross-functional teaming to align with Deloitte-wide practice and client needs * Contribute to team development and mentoring * Support business development through participation in pursuit teams Tasks * 5+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Experience with CLM software (e.g., Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis) * Experience with document extraction and data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Active accreditations (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS Data Scientist, etc.) or relevant professional certifications * Ability to travel up to 50% * Hybrid work model participation (2-3 days in person) Key requirements *
