MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES discussions with client stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable designs. You will architect MES solutions across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, and steer delivery from requirements through post-go-live support. You’ll advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities within manufacturing operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES business needs and translate requirements into scalable solution designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Lead project delivery activities across requirements gathering, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and solving complex client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specs development, configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel approximately 50% Key requirements *
