Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role within Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy, you solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering. You will bridge client engagement and hands-on delivery, shaping solutions, leading teams, and building reusable accelerators to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll work across architectures, implementations, and client delivery, contributing to Deloitte’s AI-driven cyber services and resilient security posture. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful impact on client risk and security maturity. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless architectures * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Broad range of benefits * Professional development programs * Inclusive culture and mentorship opportunities * Accommodations for people with disabilities * Ability to participate in skilled immigration processes if applicable
