Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Oracle EPM FCCS-enabled finance transformations for clients, shaping how finance operates within the business. You’ll partner with CFOs and controllers to design and implement cloud-based consolidation and close solutions, delivering measurable improvements in accuracy, speed, and governance. You work with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, document requirements, and guide deployment and testing. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance needs and document requirements to inform solution design * Diagnose current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities using analytical methods * Configure, test, deploy, and implement Oracle EPM cloud solutions (FCCS) * Develop recommendations and deliverables based on stakeholder interviews and analyses * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement finance transformation solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in corporate or firm setting * Experience completing at least 1 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available (if applicable) Key requirements *
