Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive Oracle EPM cloud transformations for finance functions, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize processes. You will work within the Finance Transformation practice to deliver FCCS solutions and shape controllership and treasury transformations. You will diagnose current-state processes, design solutions, and support end-to-end implementation to help clients become strategic business partners. This opportunity combines client-facing collaboration with hands-on technical delivery in a high-impact, data-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance processes, capture requirements, and contribute to solution design * Use analytics to identify improvement opportunities in current-state processes * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables from analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement finance transformation solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
