Job description

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Tech Cloud - Associate Vice President, you drive Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to enable enterprise transformation. You lead cross-functional teams, align solutions with client objectives, and shepherd cloud and AI initiatives from design to delivery. You’ll shape cloud migrations, platform extensions, and AI agent deployments to deliver measurable business value. This role sits on the Oracle Enterprise Solutions team, at the forefront of cloud transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation for complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents in Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout delivery * Align solution strategy with client business objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE) for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions using best practices * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
