Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this Oracle EPM Senior Consultant role, you help drive finance transformation for executive clients by delivering FCCS-enabled consolidation and close solutions. You’ll work with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize finance functions and elevate performance through data-driven, tech-enabled processes. You’ll contribute across design, configuration, testing, and deployment to turn insights into actionable improvements. This role offers impactful work shaping clients’ finance platforms and partnerships with cross-functional teams. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs and document requirements for FCCS solutions * Diagnose current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement using analytical methods * Configure, test, deploy, and implement Oracle EPM cloud solutions (FCCS) * Develop recommendations and deliverables from analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to align solutions with transformation objectives * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Communicate clearly and maintain strong professional relationships Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience completing at least one full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel approximately 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
