SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in SAP Transformation within GPS, you guide federal and public sector SAP programs through data migration, conversion, and S/4HANA configuration to enable efficient government finance and operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to meet migration milestones and ensure deployment readiness, contributing to large-scale public sector digital transformation. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive high-quality data and integration outcomes that support USDA loan modernization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliation activities * Coordinate integration-related data requirements between SAP and the new USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones, issue resolution, and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * U.S. Citizenship required * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA * 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and performing SAP data conversion activities * Experience with SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies * Ability to travel 0-25% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
