Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview You will lead the design and delivery of scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and user experience. In a multidisciplinary project, you’ll steer a technical workstream, shaping architecture, configuration, development, and integrations. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, and contribute to documentation and visuals. You mentor junior colleagues and help ensure timely, high-quality execution. This role supports Deloitte’s global customer transformation mission with hands-on technical leadership. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project to design, develop, and deliver enterprise solutions * Support solution architecture, configuration, and custom development for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * Oversee integrations, data migrations, and deployment activities while ensuring security and maintainability * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Produce solution documentation, process flows, and presentation materials (Visio, PowerPoint) * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards * Communicate design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Tasks * 6+ years in consulting or industry roles with 4+ years focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing enterprise solution architectures, including Dataverse security models * 3+ projects with data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure services * 2+ years with modern DevOps practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, including CoE toolkit deployment in production * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
