Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role, you help clients strengthen Oracle Cloud security for ERP, HCM, and SCM, delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to reduce risk and improve controls. You will lead security assessments, design role-based access, and enable secure operations through Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You’ll manage multi-country programs, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate security strategy into operational solutions. This is an opportunity to shape cloud security delivery at scale within Deloitte’s Cyber practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design and segregation of duties * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs, including scope, budget, resources, and quality oversight * Guide teams in developing reusable accelerators and efficient delivery methods * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy and transition solutions into operations Tasks * 6+ years of Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and managing teams, budgets, resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ARC, FRC) * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
