MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you guide clients through MES strategy and design, delivering scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You will lead multi-phase delivery, from requirements to go-live, while advising on transformation opportunities within manufacturing operations. The role sits in Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice, focusing on value-driven, tech-enabled improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable MES solutions and contribute to practice growth. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES needs and translate into scalable designs * Architect MES solutions across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva with config, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Steer project delivery from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, deployment approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and solving complex client challenges Tasks * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years with Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, data mapping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Experience using analytics to quantify manufacturing improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
