MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you will guide MES transformations for clients, shaping architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You’ll lead discussions with stakeholders, design scalable MES solutions, and drive delivery from requirements through post-go-live support. You will advise senior leaders on transformation opportunities and contribute to practice development. This role sits within Deloitte’s US Supply Chain & Network Operations, offering a chance to impact manufacturing operations at scale with digital technologies and analytics. Compensation / Benefits * Lead client discussions to define MES needs and translate into scalable designs * Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva including integration, deployment, and upgrades * Manage end-to-end project delivery: requirements, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * 7+ years of MES experience, including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, technical specs, configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience using analytics/metrics to quantify manufacturing improvement opportunities * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% depending on client/industry * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
