MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Deloitte teams to design and deliver D365 F&O solutions, aligning business requirements with scalable, fit-for-purpose architectures. You work closely with clients and cross-functional experts to drive finance and operations transformations. You guide delivery through all project phases and collaborate with nearshore and offshore centers to ensure high-quality outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement D365-based solutions for clients * Translate client business requirements into functional and technical designs with cross-functional consultants * Provide hands-on leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle * Collaborate with internal and external experts to optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain up-to-date expertise on all features of the Dynamics 365 platform * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment * 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience documenting business requirements and design specifications * Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
