MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for clients, shaping scalable, fit-for-purpose implementations. You will work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete, maintainable designs. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ongoing expertise across the D365 platform to deliver value in finance and operations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients. * Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and coordinate between functional and technical consultants. * Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate with internal and external experts to deliver solutions. * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities and maintain current knowledge of Dynamics 365 features. * Work with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network. Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services or equivalent. * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead. * 5+ full life cycle implementations in F&O. * Experience in business requirements documentation & design documentation. * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders. * Client development and sales experience (RFPs/SOWs, client presentations). * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. * Ability to travel up to 50%. * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
