Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Deloitte’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice, guiding clients through business and ERP transformations. You will manage delivery across the full implementation lifecycle, collaborating with functional and technical experts to design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions. You’ll work with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable ERP programs. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte team to design and deliver Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Capture and translate client business requirements into implementable designs with functional and technical consultants * Provide delivery leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle * Collaborate with internal and external subject-matter experts * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain deep, current knowledge of Dynamics 365 features * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation * Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
