MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for clients, guiding a team from analysis through deployment and support. You translate client requirements into scalable, maintainable implementations and collaborate with cross-functional experts to drive value. You’ll engage with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders to shape transformation initiatives and leverage Deloitte’s broad capabilities. This role offers opportunities to mentor teams, influence pre-sales, and work across nearshore and offshore delivery centers. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 F&O projects for clients, guiding the project from inception to support * Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable solution designs with functional and technical consultants * Provide leadership to the delivery team during implementation * Collaborate with internal and external experts to optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain deep expertise on all features of the Dynamics 365 platform * Coordinate work with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment * 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements documentation and design documentation * Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
