Lead Microsoft security engagements from strategy to adoption for Azure and AI security. Oversee multiple Azure/AI security projects, design security controls, and develop governance playbooks. Build secure cloud and MLOps pipelines while driving business development and mentor teams. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security engagements for Azure and AI security services, including strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects with onshore/offshore teams to meet client objectives * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud/MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, operational transitions, and thought leadership in Azure/AI security * Mentor and provide clear guidance to team members * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to quality * Travel up to 50% and contribute to delivery across multiple client engagements Tasks * 10+ years of experience in security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies including Entra ID, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint, Purview, Sentinel, and Security Copilot; leadership of project scope, pricing, and delivery across competitive proposals * 10+ years in enterprise security operations, architecture, or infrastructure operations with 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Azure, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years of IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% (varies by client) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel up to 50% * competitive salary range $163,400-$322,100 * accommodations for disabilities * professional development opportunities * inclusive and supportive culture
