Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As Cloud Security Senior Manager, you will lead Azure and AI security engagements within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team, shaping secure cloud and AI solutions for large clients. You’ll guide cross-functional teams on strategy, design, and adoption, ensuring robust governance and secure deployment practices. You’ll drive business development and thought leadership in Microsoft Azure and AI security, delivering measurable security outcomes. This role offers a chance to influence security at scale across client environments and emerging technologies. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams for large Azure and AI security engagements, covering strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects in leadership roles, coordinating onsite and offshore engineers and architects * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) across development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls (encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, deployment security) for Azure environments * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce security guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, pilots, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security with client objectives and Deloitte’s security offerings Tasks * 10+ years of experience in security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies, including hands-on with Entra ID, Defender suite, Purview, Sentinel, Security Copilot, and leadership of multi-proposal projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations with 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing, implementing, or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code in cloud * Ability to travel ~50% and potential limited immigration sponsorship * Preferred: Azure certifications (Security Engineer Associate, Solutions Architect Expert) and experience with Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio; Copilot security controls Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for candidates * opportunity to work on large-scale Microsoft Azure and AI security initiatives
