Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team, you will lead Microsoft Azure and AI security engagements, shaping strategy, design, and deployment for complex clients. You’ll supervise onshore and offshore teams, drive governance and secure development practices, and advance secure MLOps across Azure services. The role blends client leadership with hands-on security design, enabling clients to transform securely at scale. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable security outcomes and thought leadership in Azure and AI security. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security engagements for Azure and AI, overseeing strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects as a program lead, coordinating onsite and offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI services (OpenAI, ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails * Drive business development, client relationship management, health checks, PoCs, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in security consulting or architecture with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and leadership of multiple concurrent proposals/projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations with 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI services * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations available * wide range of client engagements across industries
