Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Senior Consultant on the Sales & Service team, you will drive business requirements, design, prototyping, and process mapping to enable client transformation. You’ll support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds, guiding workshops and defining solutions that align with client strategy. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in sales and service experiences. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and a chance to shape complex CRM programs at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout the project * Design functional solutions, prototyping, and process design including flow mapping * Coordinate testing, training, and development of support procedures * Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments * Communicate clearly with stakeholders and build professional relationships Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
