Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this Salesforce Senior Consultant role, you help clients transform their Sales and Service functions through Salesforce-powered solutions. You will work on requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and training to enable robust CRM implementations across industries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes that drive customer transformation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced consulting role with exposure to multiple clouds and CPQ tech, offering meaningful impact on client strategies and outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements for Salesforce projects * Design functional solutions, prototype, and map processes and flows * Lead testing, training, and development of support procedures * Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project/workstream priorities * Provide clear guidance, build professional relationships, and maintain quality of work * Demonstrate independence and strong communication to meet deadlines * Lead projects or workstreams and coach others as needed Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 50%, on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Salesforce certifications (preferred) * Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences * Experience implementing CRM platforms or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon) (preferred) * Advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred) Key requirements *
