Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team to help transform technology platforms and drive client impact. As an AI and Data Science Engineer III, you will build and deploy ML/AI solutions and manage data pipelines powering AI-enabled products. You’ll analyze data to uncover insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor models for accuracy and scalability. This role offers exposure to federal health work, state and local government projects, and cutting-edge AI tech. You will contribute to meaningful outcomes by turning requirements into robust, production-ready solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, test, and deploy ML/AI solutions for business and client use cases * Develop and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and production-grade app components * Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and support model development * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Monitor model and application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for reliability and scalability Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field * 5+ years of professional experience * 3+ years of experience designing, developing, or deploying ML/AI or advanced analytics solutions * 3+ years programming in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow * 3+ years experience developing algorithms, model selection, training/validation/optimization at scale * 1+ years technology consulting experience in the Federal Health space * 1+ years experience with AI technologies such as Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI * Active Certification/Advanced certification in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow * Ability to travel ~20% and obtain US government security clearance * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
