Experteer Overview In this role you will design and implement marketing automation and martech solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.You will work with cross-functional teams to map customer journeys, architect cloud-based marketing infrastructure, and ensure effective activation of automated communications.You’ll analyze implementations, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement of marketing programs.This position sits at the intersection of technology, data, and customer experience, contributing to Omega CRM’s mission of delivering customer-centric CX with AI-enhanced capabilities.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Investigate, create, and recommend marketing automation and martech solutions * Analyze marketing automation and martech solution implementations * Contribute to high-level architecture design for marketing automation and martech implementations * Implement cloud-based marketing architecture and infrastructure * Create policies for activating automated communications mapped to customer journeys * Perform basic and specialized marketing tasks * Ensure effective use of automated cloud communications * Decide which processes should be executed in the cloud for marketing automation * Determine assets and organization of automations for cloud implementation * Provide functional consulting to ensure smooth automated processes * Implement automated communications to meet customer needs across touchpoints * Adopt latest marketing technology solutions and advancements * Conduct test trials, diagnose errors, and resolve martech issues * Document processes and track system performance metrics Responsabilidades * Proven experience creating campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Knowledge of Ampscript is a plus * Experience in database management, preferably in a similar role * Knowledge of automation software and performance evaluation * Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) * Knowledge to manage marketing projects * Advanced level of English; additional language is desirable Requisitos principales * Permanent contract * Flexible Schedule * Home Office * Trainings u** Certifications * Health insurance * Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, Ticket restaurant)
