Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream, guiding strategy to deployment and ensuring alignment with business, functional, technical, and security requirements. You serve as a senior client-facing advisor, drive integration design and risk management, and oversee cross-functional teams through delivery and post-launch stabilization. You shape reusable assets and share knowledge to strengthen Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice. This role offers exposure to public sector programs and high-impact HR transformation work across clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment, aligning with requirements * Act as senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and communicating status and risks * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, including data mapping, security, and end-to-end validation * Manage cross-functional technical teams and ensure high-quality delivery * Establish integration testing approaches, oversee testing, defect resolution, and go-live support * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with timely escalation * Contribute to the practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practitioner coaching * Coordinate middleware activities and ensure data integrity and security considerations * Maintain accountability for delivery across locations and teams * Support post-production stabilization and cutover activities Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for a full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
