MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for clients. You translate business needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose ERP designs and guide the full project lifecycle from analysis to deployment and support. You collaborate with cross-functional experts and client stakeholders to drive transformation and value across industries. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on delivering high-impact Dynamics 365 solutions within a global delivery network. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and work with functional/technical consultants to address them * Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle * Coordinate with internal and external experts to ensure delivery quality * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities and proposals * Maintain current expertise on Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Engage with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
