MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Deloitte’s D365 F&O practice to design scalable, fit-for-purpose ERP solutions that transform finance and supply-chain processes for clients. You collaborate with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders, guiding delivery and ensuring ongoing support across industries. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Capture and translate client business requirements into compliant, scalable designs with functional and technical consultants * Provide hands-on leadership through the full implementation lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) * Collaborate with internal and external experts to optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities to win engagements * Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network * Senior stakeholder engagement and workshops to align expectations and outcomes Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment * 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full lifecycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements documentation & design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
