MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES strategy and design for clients, shaping scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through go-live, and mentor teams while advancing transformation in manufacturing operations. You’ll work with senior leaders to translate needs into impactful MES solutions and contribute to practice development. This position sits within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations team, delivering value through digital technologies and industry expertise. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES business needs and translate requirements into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Lead project delivery activities across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and solving client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, deployment, and client delivery * Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvement opportunities * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
