MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a MES Solution Architect Manager, you will steer the design and delivery of MES solutions on Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva for manufacturing clients. You’ll translate business needs into scalable architectures, lead multi-phase implementations, and advise senior stakeholders on transformation opportunities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the supply chain, leveraging digital technologies and analytics. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Lead project delivery activities from requirements and fit-gap analysis to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and solving complex client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience with Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to quantify manufacturing improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
