SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this SAP-focused role, you help drive data-centric migration projects that move legacy information into SAP S/4HANA. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities: profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation * Collaborate with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, retirement history) * Perform reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management * 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data into SAP S/4HANA * Experience in migrating employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data (as specified) * Ability to travel ~25% and obtain/maintain Secret clearance * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
