SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help drive SAP S/4HANA data migration as part of Deloitte’s GPS SAP transformation team. You partner with business and tech colleagues to ensure accurate data migration, quality, and alignment with finance, HR, and reporting needs. You will handle end-to-end data migration workstreams across employee and asset lifecycles, including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation. This position offers collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver heart-of-the-business SAP solutions that support government and public sector clients. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Collaborate with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master, capitalization, depreciation attributes, retirement history) * Conduct reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to ensure migrated data meets business and regulatory needs Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Secret clearance eligibility and ability to obtain/maintain * 3+ years SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management experience * 3+ years profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming legacy data into SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data (or both) * Willingness to travel ~25% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities
