SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the SAP business transformation services team, you help drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation across finance, HR, and asset data. You will partner with business and tech stakeholders to ensure data quality and readiness for finance, controlling, payroll, and reporting. You operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering meticulous data migration work that enables government and public sector clients to transform operations. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, HR infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization, depreciation, retirement history) * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance * 3+ years experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management * 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * 3+ years experience in migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data * Ability to travel 25% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
